Description 

AssocArrayPolarParameters.AssocArrayPolarParameters () 

Default constructor.
Wraps the default constructor AcDbAssocArrayPolarParameters constructor, with all default values.

Parameterized constructor. The angle, which stands for angle between, is measured in degrees. 

AssocArrayPolarParameters.AssocArrayPolarParameters (IntPtr, [MarshalAs(UnmanagedType.U1)] bool)
